The original house is an old farmer house which has been extended and totally refurbished.
The thick stone walls not only testify about how these kind of houses were built in those days but also the size of the original house. Today we have a 200 m2 house with up to four and a half meters to the ceiling.
This wonderful country estate is a located on a 6.500 m2 plot facing south. Thus you can enjoy the sun the entire day.
The living area is openly planned and consists of the kitchen, with its big cooking island, the dining area and the living area. From here you have a perfect view over the pool, the garden and the Tramuntana mountains.
The main bedroom nr 1 is located towards the south and has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an large ensuite bathroom. It has its own private access to the garden through its south facing glass door.
The main bedroom nr 2 is located on the other side of the house and has a private north facing glass door out to the garden. This bedroom ihas a king size bed and is also equipped with a loft, where there is a single bed. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom nr 3 is located on this same side of the house. This bedroom also has a private norht facing glass door directly to the garden. It has a double bed (put together or separated, as the guests prefer) and a loft, where there is a single bed.
Bedroom nr 4 is located next to bedroom nr 3 and has two double beds. Bedroom nr 3 & 4 share bathroom, next to bedroom nr 3

OUR PRECIOUS ENVIRONMENT
As we´re interested in lowering the environmental impact as much as possible at Can Soto, there are sun panels heating up the tap water. We have our own drilling water for both the house and the garden, thus we really appreciate the guests to think of the water consumption, as it doesn´t rain as much in Spain as in the northern areas of the globe.
The grass is especially resistant to heat and sun, which diminishes water consumption. Our own kitchen garden is meant to give fruit and vegetables and are at the guests disposal. Furthermore, the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating (low temperature) as well as air condition. The excess energy of the AC equipment is conducted to the boiler.
